    Connect to the Wi-⁠Fi network posted in the cafe. If the Wi-⁠Fi doesn't work, we verify you with the 6-digit code shown on the screen in the cafe instead.

Does it cost anything to sign up as a member?

No, it's free. Food, drinks and other purchases at a location follow each venue's prices and conditions of use ([Conditions of use]).

How much is the free Token allowance?

It's [Free Token allowance]. You get it once per person, and can use it for 90 days from the day it is granted.

What if I can't connect to the Wi-⁠Fi?

Enter the 6-digit code shown on the screen in the cafe on the sign-up page.

Can I use any location?

Members can work at any location. You receive the free Token allowance only once, the first time.

I've signed up but haven't received my Tokens yet.

On the location's sign-up page, choose the option for existing members and log in. You'll receive them on the spot.

Can I hold an event at a location?

Events are listed by the Echo team. To discuss an event idea, use the contact form.
